1. Inca Trail

 Located in Peru, this is one of the most popular Hiking Trails in America. The distance of this trail is just 26 miles, i.e., 43 km. The trail takes you through some of the most stunning scenery in Peru, including the jungle, mountains, and ancient ruins of the Inca civilization. The trail’s final destination is the most amazing, and that is the Machu Picchu, known as the ‘lost city; of Inca. It generally takes 4 days to complete the trek. The best time to hike the Inca Trail is from April to October. The weather is usually dry during this time of year, making for more pleasant hiking conditions. However, be aware that the trail can be crowded during peak season.

  

2. Appalachian Trail

 The Appalachian Trail is located in the United States from Georgia to Maine. It is a pretty long trek, nearly 2190 miles.  Appalachian Trail is also a spectacular hike within 14 states, including 8 different national forests, 6 national parks, and other parks. Appalachian Trail is a multi-day hiking trail that takes around 5-6 months. People at this trail generally enjoy hiking in the daylight and going back to their respective destinations at night. This one is more suitable for experienced hikers.

 

3. Kilimanjaro

Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and the tallest freestanding mountain in the world. The mountain is breathtaking to watch due to its beautiful snowcap. It is located in the Kilimanjaro National Park of Tanzania. It is around 19,300 feet high. You got to prepare yourself mentally and physically to explore this mountain.

 

4. Kungsleden

 Kungsleden is situated in Sweden and covers around 65 miles. It takes approximately 3-4 days to cover the distance. It is also called ‘The Kings’ Hiking Trails due to its spectacular mountain view and the remote but easily accessible feature. The mountain stations offer you a get range of accommodations and eating facilities. The trail is best visited during June and July.

 

5. Cinque Terre National Park

It is one of the best Hiking Trails in the Middle East and is full of rocky terrains and ridges. During your hiking session, don’t forget to visit and explore the famous temples and tombs. The best time to visit here is between October to April.

 

7. Fitzy Roy Trail

Fitzy Roy is a 36-mile-long Hiking Trail located in Patagonia, Argentina. It takes around 3-7 days to cover the trail. Here you can explore the beautiful Los Glaciares National Park, where you will see views of forests, waterfalls, glaciers, and the famous Fitzy Roy Massif. You can visit this place in February and March.

 

8. National Park – New Zealand

The Fiord land National Park has diversified options for hiking. It is located on the South Island of New Zealand. The two most popular hiking trails are the Milford Track and the Routeburn Track. Though both tracks are impressive, Milford is a bit more crowded than Routeburn.

 

9. Scottish National Trail – United Kingdom

 Scottish trail is quite roughly’ long, covering 470 miles. It is located in the United Kingdom, and you can visit the track in April and May. This place gives you a breathtaking view of the beautiful landscapes, but the adventure is full of struggle as it takes around 6 weeks to finish the trek.

 

10. Sierra High Route

Situated in California, United States, the mountain here is more than 9000 feet high, and the hiking distance can be around 195 miles which are covered primarily within two weeks. The place is very calm and composed. You can visit here in the summer season.
